01 Needs attention
5 findings. Deadlines first.
Deadline Your BNP deadline is a month earlier than the renewal date 12 Nov 2026
The €10m overdraft renews 12 December, but the facility letter requires 30 days’ notice to change anything. Your real date is 12 November.
You owe them Two banks are waiting on you
Santander asked for updated management accounts on 2 August. KBC asked for an updated signatory list on 19 September. Neither has had a reply.
Changed HSBC said pricing would be reviewed at year end, and nothing arrived
Their manager flagged a review on 2 September. No new schedule has come through, so the February rates still stand — for now.
Changed Both FX margins moved this year, four months apart
Santander dropped to 25bp in April. BNP matched it in July. If a spreadsheet anywhere still says 35bp, it is two revisions out of date.
Worth checking Your Lloyds arrangement fee went up and may not have been noticed
The January renewal reads 0.75%. The 2024 agreement was 0.60%. Worth confirming before the next renewal.
02 Where your committed business sits
€29.6m committed across 3 of 5 banks, read from facility letters. This is committed lending, not fee spend — statements would be needed for that.
03 Waiting on a yes or no
3 findings were read out of your email but nobody has confirmed them. Until someone does, they stay here and never appear as fact anywhere else.
BNP Paribas · SEPA credit transfer
“€0.16 per transfer”
HSBC · Volume commitment
“You indicated 40,000 SEPA payments a year at the February review. Actual run rate is closer to 26,000.”
Lloyds · Arrangement fee
“0.75% of the facility, charged annually.”
Would replace 0.60%, from the 2024 agreement
